Sourced from the city of Uji, renowned for its rich matcha heritage, this ceremonial-grade matcha is harvested from the first flush, using only the youngest, most tender leaves. It’s then stone-milled at a slow rate of just 40g per hour, producing an ultra-fine powder with an exceptionally smooth texture and mouthfeel.
Made from the Yabukita cultivar, this matcha delivers that signature grassy note loved by matcha enthusiasts. The flavor is well-balanced, with a deep umami, a bright, fresh aroma, and a clean finish that leaves a subtle sweetness on the palate.
